I am very curious about the many MIR sponsored by Kona -- mainly b/c many of the states where they are valid are states that mandate "no beer purchase required" for rebates.

In other words, it's a law somewhere on the books of NC that says beer companies can't offer $$ back for purchase of their products. They can offer it back for purchase of other things, but not alcoholic items.
