DH got new script for Actos yesterday and I knew it was expensive but not 272.00/month expensive so did some research. This is what I found.

50.00 MIR every month with refill.
Call Rebate hot line 1-888-838-9866 and they will mail form to you with about 7-10 day turn around for reciept of check. Will sen another form with the check for the following month. Great for those with HSA's and have to pay total oop until deductables are met.
