I found a 8 1/2 X 11 sheet with 5 seperate rebates on it form Redhook. It was in the meat and seafood dept. Each one requires a minimun $5 purchase and some States require Redhook beer. They all go to the same address and have the same expiration dates.

1.) $5 on Beef
2.) $5 on Chicken
3.) $5 on Seafood
4.) $5 on Spices
5.) $5 on Pasta.

Purchase: $5 or more of ingredient ( see each coupon back for details) & one Redhook 12 pack or two Redhook 6 packs ( where BPN )
Mail: Completed offer form, the original cash register reciept with purchases circled and the original UPC code from the Redhook beer.

If you have already submitted, did you do all in 1 envelope? Or seperate envelopes? If you did 1 did you staple the rebate to the correct or how did you seperate? Thanks

i have a receipt from may 2009 that i want to submit. do you think it is ok since they do not specify a start date or should i make sure it is from june? TIA!
