i emailed them a question a few days ago about this offer. I just got a email from them that the offer expired in August. But I'm sitting right here with the form that says it expires in Decemer 2009.

so I called them. The lady said they decided to end the offer early in August. it I said I had the form right here in front of me and it says it goes till december. She just kept saying it expired in August, they decided to end it early.

I said that isnt' right, I bought the product depending on this guarantee/rebate. She said she can send me some coupons, but the offer expired in August.

So what do we do now?
