Manufacturers want you as a 'consultant' to help point out oversights in their products so that they can identify them and change them.

They want you to try try product and for ANY reason you are not a happy camper, they want to reward you with a GUARANTEE / TMF offer.

It is a most excellent marketing tool both for the manufacturer and for the consumer.

I told them that they sheets should be perforated for smaller loads (if a person so desires)

I decided to try the product and I'm submitting the rebate form as well.
I listed my dissatisfaction reason as "cost-prohibitive". If I paid even a sale price of $4.99 for this product, that's almost .25 per load of laundry (more for large loads).
With Arm & Hammer products w/ sales & coupons, I've gotten it down to .10 a load. Hopefully, they'll consider that a valid dissatisfaction. :)

Ye I would never pay $7.00 for a box, which is what it was at cvs, I bought it on the ecbs deal and a $2 coupon. But even then considering you have to use a full sheet per load you really need another detergent for those 1/4 or 1/2 loads.. I just cant stand using a entire sheet for small loads.,., I would say the cost for this product is too much. I am not happy that i have to use a full sheet for smaller loads, I havent done the rebate, I love the product for full loads, just not impressed for little loads.

Its been about 1 month and still no rebate..How long did it take for everyones to come back? Shall I write the company??? I just filed for my money back from green works and it only took 3 days! I dont do rebates much so not sure how mong they take but thought I would have it by now at least! :(

rebates can take up to 8-12 weeks sometimes. Depending on how popular the offer was. I didnt do this offer myself.

I looked for it on the site but didn't find it either.... I was going to do it because the 'softner strip' washes off in the washer and doesn't make it to the dryer.

I know that it's supposed to come off from the heat of the dryer, but here in TX in July with my washer in the garage, there is no such thing as washing in cold water.

I tried the link it say's page no longer available. I wish it was I got four of these things from CVS and am not very satisfied. They do not make your clothes smell good.:( The first time I used them I was all gung ho but the next laundry time I could not smell it..sadness..because they are so convient.
