I traded for this rebate last month, mailed it off, and got back a postcard from the company (Icon Estates - for several wine companies) saying that my submission is ineligible due to my state not qualifying...I'm in WA. I think this is bogus since it doesn't have restricitions on the form, but there is a phone number listed for questions that I guess I could've called before I wasted my stamp. Since I traded for it (specifically forbidden on the form), I'm not sure how I can call and complain. :(

call and inquire anyways - they do make mistakes. If they push the state restrictions, ask where it states that on the form. did you make a photocopy of it?
