Great! I bought some of these bogo this week @ publix & used q also.
I don't have the rebate form. Do you need one? Can you print it online maybe? Thanks for the info.

You will need the peelie form. You can either keep your eyes open for it, or join our trader group here and post there that you are looking for the rebate form.

Called to ask if I could send in 2 forms (peelies found on box) in one envelope since it says limit 2 per name/add and my ONE CRT shows four boxes purchased. BIG FAT NO! BUT they did offer to send me a FREE coupon valid up to $5 in the mail. YIPPEE!!!
