I bought one of these yesterday, it's on sale at CVS for 4.99 this week too. I mailed it off today too. Still have plenty of time, don't remember the exact date though.

I did this rebate & I got the check in no time! No problems here. FYI: Always make a copy before sending off anything. :)

Found tag on product in Rite Aid in Seatle. Not sure if I want to bother though being so many others had such a hard time getting their rebates back. Product is pretty spendy if you don't get the refund...

I got a post card from CMS Rebate Services today. It says my purchase was disqualified because it was not purchased at an authorized retailer! I don't remember anything on the instructions that mentioned anything about the retailer being authorized, and anyway, how is the local drug store not authorized, when they are selling the product with the hang tags as they come from the manufacturer? I think I am done trying rebates from this company. BEWARE!

Totally forgot about this one! I don't remember receiving my rebate check. This has been well over a year ago. I checked cmspromocheck.com and there is no record of me participating in this rebate. Does anyone know exactly how long CMS Rebate Services has been handling this offer? Maybe I did it when the other rebate company was handling it.:shrug7:
