Does anyone remember the rebate center name/address from the last time (last year) this rebate was available? I too did not get that rebate back.

The bottles w/ TMF rebates that are in stores now have CMS Rebate Services in Del Rio, TX as the rebate center. This is the same company who's handling the Sure Max deo., Pert Plus for Men (which I just rec'd), and the Phy Form organic makeup rebates.

Maybe Organix transferred its business to a more reputable rebate center?

Just some food for thought.

I got these BOGO at Wallgreens. Hopefully I'll get the rebate without any hassle, but if not at least I got one of them for free.

I bought mine at CVS and just received my rebate check in the mail yesterday without any problems.
