Is the MIR for the unit that comes with the pump or do you have to buy the pump and a refill for it? The pump comes included in the bottle doesnt it? I think the pump unit is $7.99 and the refills are $3.99.

Yes, buy the pump (base is included) and a base/refill. Yes on both those prices too. I have a MIR form if you need one.

Does anyone know if I can use this rebate for PO Box? I know what the form states but normally what I do for my mother in law, is list her mailing address (the po box) and her physical address and have not had any problems yet. I just hate to buy them and the rebate be denied.

I wanted to know also if you can use 2 different receipts and I had another question. It states on the form "buy any 2 base or refill". Does this mean you can do the rebate by just buying 2 refills or do you have to buy a base and a refill? I got a great deal today on the refills but I didn't buy the base yet. If I do have to buy the base (which I have to anyway) I hope it can be on another receipt. Any info on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Usually when a rebate offer requires the products to be purchased on the same receipt, the offer will state that provision.

I say if the rebate offer does not state that provision, then it is okay to submit two different receipts.
