Received a postcard from the TMF Organic Wear Mascara rebate. Said my submitted request was not qualified for fullfillment due to the reason listed below:
UPC code was not written on the offer form!
I called concerning this because no where on the little pink TMF peelie or the internet form does it ask for this requirement. The CS rep could not found this requirement either. She wanted me to fax or send the UPC code back to her, but then said she will have to pull my rebate info and it will probably take about 3-4 more weeks to get my rebate. I did give the UPC # over the phone.
This is just one more reason to keep copies of info of every rebate that you submit. Is this just one more way for the companies to not pay the TMF rebates by not qualifying rebates for insufficent info that originally wasn't required?

Does anyone know if it's OK to submit rebates for more than one of the products per household? I know it says one per household, but I just want to verify that means for each rebate/product and not just one Physicians Formula product, period. Does that make sense?
I'm assuming as long as they are different items, it's ok...

One per household means: One Rebate offer per household. So you can only submitt one rebate, if you mailed out two, you would only get money back for one.
