"one submission per person, family, household or address"....form is the same as the sure rebates....does that mean 1 per item or 1 per ALL of them????

There is also a Sure for Men try me free- - starting date 02/01/09-12/31/09.I'm very bad at computer links so if you google 'try sure for men try me free' you should be able to get a form.I'm going to have to take a computer class to figure out how to do links and other things!!!

I have done several Pert/Sure rebates. As long as that Dept# is different it is fine.
