Darn! I was going to send mine in this week. I wonder if I should...

So, I bought the "revealing rinse", and I am wondering how I send the UPC code for it. It is a bottle of rinse. Anyone know how to do that?:shrug7:

In answer to my own question (lol) I called the co, and they said "Well you really can't send the UPC in very easily if it is on the bottle, can you? How about if I just send you a check for $5?" I was like "OK!" (the rebate was only going to be for $4.29.)

He said it will be here in 7 days. WOOT WOOT!! ...and I don't have to send a thing!

I also just called. They asked me which addy I sent to. They said nothing about the 'switching rebate co's" and this was offered after when they say that switch took place.....so I don't think this rebate was affected by the switch.

He said the only way to correspond with the rebate processor is to post-mail them, so they can't check status.

The details thing says 6-8 wks (its not a form, I just clipped it out to keep with my copies). I mailed 1/14. The rep told me that it has been extended to 10 wks. I said, well even 10 wks has passed as of a few days ago. He said since it was over 10 wks and they have no way to check on it they will send a check out, receive in 7-10days

Well here's my update. I called and the man I spoke to said there was no way for him to contact the rebate processing center, but he took my information and was going to forward it to corporate. And then corp. will forward it to the processor. :shrug7:That seems like a way for my info to get nowhere, but maybe it will help.

He did say he thought it had been extended to 10 weeks due to "overwhelming responses".

I just called and they said since it's been over 10 weeks they would mail a check within a week. They female I talked to didn't know anything about switching processing companies and didn't have any way to look up to see my status.

I received my check the other day, about a week after calling their customer service. A friend who didn't call also got a check the same day. So it looks like they are starting to send the checks out, even if you don't call.

well i called today and got wonderful service, he took care of the 1.50 rebate from last year. the gentleman also told me to wait another 3-4 weeks on the most current rebate as they were behind...(duh)
