Get $5 by mail, when you purchase $20(not including sales tax) worth of Chicken Wings, Ribs, Shrimp and/or Sausage (fresh or frozen) and a minimum of 2 6-packs or 1 12-pack or larger or 1 Draughtkeg of Heineken or Heineken Premium Light
OR
Get $10 by mail, when you purchase $20 worth(not including sales tax) of Chicken Wings, Ribs, Shrimp and/or Sausage (fresh or frozen) and a minimum of 4 6-packs or 2 12-pack or larger or 2 Draughtkeg of Heineken or Heineken Premium Light
NOT VALID IN: IN, MN, OR and TX
NPBN: AL, AR, CT, HI, KY, ME, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OK, UT or WV - Rebate will be $10
Purchases must be made between 1/1/09 and 1/31/09 and must all be purchased on the same day.
Request must be postmarked by 2/16/09 and received by 2/23/09.
The form also asks for the "Retailer Name (where you obtained this offer)".
