yes, this one is from the diageo family of wines instead though (who produce a number of fine wines)

The rebate form is a wine tag. I think the beer rebates are usually tear pads.
No alcohol purchase is required to receive this particular $10 turkey or prepared meals rebate.

Rotiserrie chickens, subs, pizza, soup, fried chicken, and sides like stuffing, mashed potatoes, etc.. I know a lot of my stores sell these things in the extended deli section and all of those should qualify.
