X 12/31/08 $25/$50 Holiday Merchandise (NBPN), valid in KY and VA

I got denied on this, something about an invalid purchase price. I wonder if it's because I used different receipts to add up to the $50. Does anyone have a phone number for them?

I got the same reason for a denial, but when I called them, the rep put the rebate through immediately!

Has anyone had any trouble getting their check? After I called back in February, the site shows that my rebate is valid and scheduled for final processing, but I never received it. I called again today, and the rep told me that the check is scheduled to be mailed on MAY 6! I said that seemed like an awfully long time for a rebate that was mailed in December and validated in February! She said she was sorry, but that they had had a delay in processing. Any suggestions? I really need to get this rebate!

I mailed mine on 12/23 and received it on 2/7. Sounds to me that they may have "lost" some.

Sorry it's taking so long. Not sure what can be done about it though except to wait.
