I have another question. I went to my Kroger to check the coinster machine. I was going to try with 2 x $20 bills for Amazon GC. While pushing buttons to get ready, the screen says "this machine accepts coin only" and I could not find any place to put paper bills. Where in a machine am I supposed to put paper bills?

I think this is SUPER deal since I am trying to most of my shopping at Amazon.

Just ignore me, I didn't read the PP talking about using bills. I've never seen one that takes bills, but all the machines around here are the older ones.

Some (newer) machines take bills. I used one ..and used bills.

I looked on the coinstar website and couldn't find any way to tell if a particular machine would accept bills.
