This says: maximum of 2 rebates per address when purchases are made separately.

I wanted to get opinions on this: if I want to do 2 rebates for my address and if I make 2 separate $25 gift card purchases, do I need 2 forms or just one? And if I need 2, do I have to send them separately or can I send them in the same envelope?

I just wanted to post all of the details of this rebate (that is on my form), thought it might help to clarify for some people. I don't see anything that says limit of 2, only limit of 1. Also, my form says $10 or $15, not $25....

Should be ok to do seperately since they are seperate offers. I have never seen the 10/25 one. Have some of the 10/50 though.
