I sent UPSs & receipts & form for sweeper & duster => got refund only for sweeper
I heard that people got both, called 1-866-411-1753 - it's automatic response line. Should I just give up. Help!

Yeah I saw the Or and that made me assume one only, but then a user said they heard people doing more than one, so hmm, I would give them a call, try again maybe you will get a real person this time on the phone, if you don't then I would just do one.

Anyone else get denied for this? I bought the Swiffer sweeper starter kit at Target that had the bonus pads in them. The UPC I sent in is the one from the box and it got return saying it is not a valid UPC for this offer.
