What store did you find this at?

I've seen them at two different CVS stores. At one store it was in a special display box on the very top shelf in the shampoo section and at the other store it was on it's own endcap in a display box. Hope that helps!

Link doesn't work...so the only way to get the rebate is to have the form and is the form only at CVS? If so that sucks I don't have a CVS:frown:

Yes you have to have the orginal form from the bottle.

Did your CVS have the conditioner as well as the shampoo? My mom picked a bottle of red shampoo for me but I'd love to get the conditioner as well sicne we can both do a rebate.
