Thanks, repped ya! This offer was in one of the coupon inserts in the Sunday paper a few weeks ago and the small print on that page added that the refund amount was limited to $4.00.
I saw this product at Walgreens today on sale for $4. Unfortunately I had already paid $4.49 at a grocery store. But with the coupon it's still a deal.

I just looked at the online information and I could not find a limit of $4.

There is also a $1 printable for this product on their site.
