x1/31/09 $10 MIR on Hormel Cure 81 Ham & $10 MIR Jennie O Turkey No state restrictions

I'm not sure if I'm allowed to ask here, but I'd love to find 1 or 2 of these rebates (for ham and/or turkery). My local grocery store has the ham on sale for B1G1 this week & it would really help me to get 2 hams & a good portion of my money back via rebate. If anyone can point me in the right direction (I look on trading board & no one has any posted) I would be greatful.

Hi! The rebate says any Oven-Ready Jennie-O Turkey, so I think the turkey breast will be fine, as long as it costs over $10.00. That's what I bought!

Just an update on my rebates...I had posted earlier that they sent me a postcard denying on of my rebates because I sent the rebates in separate envelopes because even though the address was the same on both, the adressee name was different (one for ham/one for turkey). When I called I explained this, and that the back side said $20.00 so I knew I was eligible for both. The lady "spoke to a supervisor" and then said they would be processed. I DID GET BOTH CHECKS!!! And my sister did these too, got the same postcard and I called for her...same story...BOTH CHECKS CAME! I guess the lesson here is be persistant.


In response to a couple of questions I saw.....
My and my sister's turkeys were only breasts...

Also, I did not have my sister's postcard when I called for her, so I did not have the reference number, but they were able to look it up.

It really sounds like they are trying anything to deny these...

I'll give it a couple days of searching but am wondering if it went from my To Do pile to the Toss pile. Motherhood = lack of sleep = idiot sometimes. At worst, I can't complain. Between my mom's house and here I was able to get so far as a result of these MIRs:

2 Jennie O Turkey Breasts 10.79 each @ Walmart
1 Hormel Ham Cure 81 $15.99 @ HyVee
1 Honeysuckle White Whole Turkey $15.05 @ HyVee
Total $52.62

Savings:
Free Honeysuckle White Whole Turkey wyb Hormel Ham (-15.05)
$1/1 Honeysuckle White Whole Turkey Q
(2) $5/1 Jennie O Turkey Breast
$10 Turkey Rebate
$10 Turkey Rebate (sent to my mother's house)

So not bad, 2 turkey breasts, 1 ham, and a whole turkey for $1.63 each.

It nags me though that the other $10 rebate for the ham that was denied would make it not only free but overage. *pouts*

I tried to call today about my rejection and the phone just rings and rings and rings. Has anyone else been able to get through?

I tried today also and got the same thing. I wonder if maybe they had bad weather and was closed for the day. I plan to try again.
