I live in a "no alcohol purchase required" state. Does that mean if I send them any old receipt for a pumpkin that costs atleast $4.01, I get a $4 rebate? Is the form required too or can I just put my receipt in an envelope with my address? TIA!

Yes, as long as you send in a receipt for a pumpkin that is dated within the promotion period, and the form is also needed ("completed certificate" is the verbage used in OP from the form).

Yep! That is the beauty of this form -- Just buy a pumpkin or two over $4.01 , send in THE OFFICAIL FORM... and you get your $$ back! Its awesome!

I made it a money maker yesterday. I bought a $4.05 pumpkin and use a $3 wine tag. Not bad for a little weighing inproduce to find the right one.

How do you know that your state is a 'no alcohol...' ? I'm in MI, I'm sure we are but wondered all the same.....thx

From experience. I also live in "NWPN/NBPN" state (= Indiana) for most of rebates and wine tag coupons from wine/beer companies. I think we have a state law in Indiana which prohibits wine/beer companies to make customers buy alcohol for discount (coupons and rebates). Unfortunately, it's extremely hard to find wine/beer rebate forms and WT coupons in IN (at least by my house)... So, I always try to trade or buy them on Ebay.
