Nice find. There is another form that has been added for TMF Sure with Natural Extracts. Same link. Up to $2.99 MIR with CRT dated between 7/15/08-12/31/08.

I did a search and didn't find this anywhere so forgive me please if its is all ready posted. I was at my local Fred Meyer and saw a peelie for Sure Max deoderant Try Me Free. Here is what the rebate form says.

Make sure the product has the TMF label at the top since it says sor certain marked products and the form says to send in the TMF portion of the box.

oh i got this at cvs, now if only i could remember how long ago so i can dig out the receipt lol. This is good from the 10th month of 08, and I havent used the sure deoderant yet, and i keep receipts for a year, yay to going to dig it out lol

For the Sure Max one, it says on the form you need to include the part of the box that says Try Me Free also. Kinda unusual of a requirement.

yes i noticed that. I guess thats to make sure you purchased the product, since many of these products you cant remove the upc off, maybe instead they want you to take the sticker off or the cardboard off the box? i got to dig mine out and see if i have a special marked one, other wise I will be figuring out a deal at cvs to get this one done
