Do you have to have the actual rebate form to do this? If you have done this without the form did you receive your check yet? Has anyone ever had a problem with not getting their refund back? Tia.. |

this might be a silly question, but has anyone ever tried submitting a receipt from say pizza ordered out (like Papa Gino's or Pizza Hut)? And if so, have you received the rebate?

And if so, have you received the rebate? | I'm afraid it's not going to work for this mir. It requires either take-n-bake or frozen pizza purchase. I did a few mir's which says ..., pizza,... with pizza hut reciepts and always got my checks without problems.
