Double, Triple, and Quadruple check this form!!! I live in ME, where you don't have to purchase the beer for the rebate. I have looked and looked and looked, and NO WHERE on this form does it say "one per household". I've mailed in like 10 already!

Where is the information on whichs states are exempt from purchasing the beer? I'm in SC???
