I found this rebate under the toothpaste at a Walgreens. However, I purchased it at another Walgreens (that one was out of something else I was looking for to complete a deal!), where they did NOT have the tearpads! Glad I was at the other one first!

If you find the tearpad, and purchase the toothpaste at Walgreens, you can get TWO for free- one from Walgreen's rebate and one from the manufacture rebate!
