there is nothing on the rebate, asking if you liked it or not. To me it looks like a rebate for hunts katcup.

It is a satisfaction guarantee. Basically, you can get your $$$ back, if you don't like it.
This is an ethics/moral thing, whether you would fill it out for a refund, if you still enjoyed it.
