cool, now I just hope my pediatrician will give me a reciept when I take her for her 9 month check up, I usually dont get a bill or reciept since my insurance pays in full :shrug7: but I just bought 2 lysol toilet cleaners and kept the reciept - yeah!

FYI You have to buy 2 different Lysol products.

My son no longer sees a pediatric Dr. Do you think my family Dr. would qualify?

Dixie - I'd say probably. My kids don't even SEE a ped, usually they see a family practice. But Lysol dosn't know which Dr. is a ped and which one isn't. My bill has their last name and clinic. I see the "pediatrician" as a marketing thing, more or less. As long as its my kid and their medical dr. I feel ok sending this one in.

Also - Don't use an address label on this one!!

What do you think? Does Lysol Neutra-Air products count? I was going to buy one of the Lysol Freshmatics for this - it is a Lysol product but just not the cleaners or Wipes. The other item I bought was the Wipes.

Yes it does. I did this rebate last year and used a Well Baby Checkup "bill". It wasn't even a "bill" the nurse just copied the form with all the codes on it that the Dr. checkmarks and I included my receipt for the Co-Pay.

Also - I am pretty sure I only purchased the Lysol Wipes. Didn't realize it said "different" items. They still sent the rebate.... HTH.
