The info from Hillshire is misleading. Its says Satisfaction Guarantee but slips in the instructions with "TMF" :shrug7:

Do I lie on a Satisfaction Guarantee to get my money back? NO. If I like the product I tell them the only part I did not like was paying and after the guarantee it looks like I will be paying for their product. I ask if I could I get my money back plus some coupons. I almost ALWAYS get coupons plus the refun. Nice coupons too!

I have a quick question about this rebate. I purchased the Hillshire Farm smoked sausage in the same transaction with the Kellog's MIR. Both MIR's require original CRTs. Any suggestions on what to do about this? I am guessing that I should use the CRT toward the MIR that has a greater return. :shrug7:

I am on a mailing list from the company. It pays to sign-up and to write letters. Yeah the old fashion letters to these companies that you buy from

Plus there are a lot of tear pad deals when buy the hillshire sausage get something free so look for those to do a combo deal and max this one out. Anytime you can save on meat it is a great deal.

Actually I don't know what the term is, but I call it splitting the receipt. Go back to the store and ask them to take the hillshire off the receipt and put on another. If they hesitate offer to let the write on the receipt "for rebate only" or something like that. They can get the product from the store, do a return and re-ring it on another receipt. No money exchanges hands, they keep the sausage that was used to scan and you have what I call a clean receipt.

Make sure this is done within the rebate deadlines. I split my regular items/ rebate items and pay for them sep so I get the receipts the way I need them. I have forgotten and done the split receipt after the fact. They are just happy you aren't returnng things. Try to keep them apart and do more than one transaction. Have a spot to keep those receipts too Don't leave money on the table when you are entitled to both rebates. Get them both!

I read the back of the Peelie. It does not seem that you have to send them the peelie with this offer. Concurently, Hillshire Farm has a Try Me Free offer on the Smoked Chippote Sausage. The address is the same, but you must send that to Dept. B. I suppose you are allowed to send a rebate to each one?
