For the last one in May timeframe I sent a receipt from Walmart with Clothes, oil, tools, etc ..no problem.

They had one back around Christmas and I sent in my huge receipt from an Amazon order of books. No problem getting my money.

That said, I called Miller (the 800# on the back of the form) and asked if I could send in a fuel CRT. The man said, "no... grocery receipt only"

I decided to ignore what he said -- sent the form + gas CRT to my bro. Figured if it came, woohoo, free $$ for my bro; if not, no big deal. KWIM?
