I take it to me that you do not get the refund at the store, that it is a mail-in offer.

Believe it or not, if that kind of wording (in this instance, confusing) is not stated, there will be individuals that go to the store expecting a refund on-the-spot (treating it like a manufacturer's cents off coupon).

Sponsors really need yo use a coupon / rebater to create an offer since they know what the heck is going on!

Things like plain English and proof reading (there are conflicing received by dates [01/3/2009 and 01/30/2009] in this form.

I received this rebate. Sent 6/2 Rcvd. 7/15. Checked my copy of the form and there isn't a phone # just this info-
