Has anyone received this? I haven't and when I did a search, it said my info was "not found". I just got my Bud Light Lime beach rebate, so I wondered if there were any problems with the "Clorox" company processing these, and what we can do since there was no phone number on the form.

Thank you for the addy Apennysaved. I couldn't quite make out the URL on my scan. Thl, I mailed mine on 7/14 and received it Monday. My aunt next door mailed hers 7/15 and has not. Doing the search for her rebate gave a "not found" also. ??
