This gal was sent a Spring Fling rebate form in PDF format from Amex--no amt or store restriction mentioned...However, the Amex card has to begin with a certain 2-letter combo (maybe that will dictate the card amt.)

You can use them to buy actual STORE gift cards that have NO EXPIRATION date. I just bought (2) $25.00 Best Buy gift cards online - placed (2) orders ($25.00 each) and FREE SHIPPING.
Piece of cake - NOW I can use them on Black Friday deals :)

I got my 2 cards over a month ago. Took the full processing time to get them. I think that was 8 weeks.
