I just bought this today. Publix had it on sale for 2.99 and I had my 3.00 off Q. So Free I want to make money by sending in for the rebate also. Does it need to be the origional receipt or can it be a copy. It say "dated store identified cash register reciept with the UPC# witten on theback from the Pert Plus product you purchaced from a Participating retailer." I need it for another rebate at publix.

Id send in the original if possible, less hassle if you get denied for submitting a copy then having to go thru issues of calling CS and hoping they will allow it.
You can check the status of all the Pert and Sure rebates at www.rapid-rebates.com There is also a contact form; I wrote about 2 rejects, and got an e-mail 2 days later saying that they would be sent.
