behr does their paint rebates, yes. typically on holiday weekends.
Memorial Day
Labor day
July 4th (sometimes)

Behr is only sold through home depot so the rebate only applies to paint purchased at Home Depot.

I know this is an old thread, however the BEHR rebate is going on now. April 16th - April 22nd and postmarked by May 22. I have read the form several times and there seems to be no limit.

I didn't have any luck finding the rebate form on-line, however the paint displays at Home Depot are very well marked with the info and they have the forms at the paint counter.

This rebate added to a 10% off Lowe's coupon makes for a pretty sweet deal.

I just checked and Lowes is offering a similar rebate on olympic paints ($5 back on a gal/ $20 back on 5 gal) and their purchase window runs to 4/26. Its listed under Featured Promotions . . . just scroll down.
