Randalls new gas promo

This promo appears to be similiar to the Kroger gas promo with a few variations

Spend $100 in accrued spending and get .10 off per fuel up, up to $100 in savings.

Earn .10 with 2 new priscriptions, transfers or refills(does not count $ value of refill just physical count)

You can choose not to use your savings at the pump and they will accumulate until you choose to use them. IE you have 3 discounts and choose no for the first two fill ups, on the third fill up you say yes, thus .30 off per gallon.

You cannot get cash back so if you have earned $3 worth and gas is $2.90, your gas will be free, but you will forfeit the other .10 per gallon.

These reset every quarter, so earnings NOW will be valid until 9-30-08 or until they terminate program

Lastly, the promo is based on PRE manuf. coupon price but post randalls card and coupon savings. I tested it at lunch and used bought the following

1 Propel for $1
1 veggie can @ .59

Used .50 coupon for Propel and .59 Randalls coupon for veggie, paid $0 and earned $1 toward my $100 requirements.

Thanks! I was curious to know if coupons affected the total. Knew Kroger's total is pre coupon total. Glad to hear this is too! Sweet!

but. . . it used to be save 10 cents for every $50 dollars you spend. this doesn't seem to be good news. :(

This is good news because the old way, you had to spend $50 IN ONE transaction which I was rarely able to do.

actually I am not sure how it would work. you should check with the store to get more information

You should still be able to earn rewards at non-gas station stores. You would just have to find a gas station store to use the discount. The stores I normally shop do not have gas, have to go to the ghetto store for that.
