Found today in front of the Morningstar farms selections (frozen) at Ralph's:

"Morningstar Frams lose the fat keep the flavor $10 worth of savings"

$3/3 MSF veggie foods
$2/2 MSF veggie foods
$2/2 MSF veggie foods
$1/2 hidden valley original ranch
41/3 hidden valley ranch dressing/dip dry mixes

All expire 31 march 2011 not subject to doubling
Also inside are recipes and a mail in form for a free
tote bag w/3 UPCs from any 3 MSF veggie food products
Limit 3 per household

I love MSF so I will definately use
they are currently priced at $6/2 not a great price but will watch for it to come down.
