    QUESTION Refusing Tropicana free coupon

Has anyone run into a problem with Ralph's accepting the Free Tropicana orange juice coupon? Tropicana mailed it to me and Ralph's refused to take it because it was a "computer printed coupon." It's printed on thick paper with security features, but the cashier and the night manager refused to accept it.

Well do you still keep the paper that come with it? I always keep ,after using I tossed just to prove that this is official.

I know its paranoid but you know anyone can come up with anything to refuse as long as you got proof .

Ditto here. When I get a coupon for a FREE product in the mail and it looks like it was printed from a regular computer, I keep everything intact until I have the time to redeem it at the store.

I was able to use it! I returned to the store this morning and went straight to the manager's desk. I simply explained that I'd had trouble using it because it looked like an internet printable, but Tropicana had sent it to me. He looked at it and explained that they'd had trouble with fraud using the internet printables, but this one looked legit. I said I understood and mentioned the security features on the back. He marked it okay.

Even better, the juice is on sale this week, so I actually got 99 cents back!
