Default Rainbow jan 6 - 12 - updated posts

buy $20 of participating nestle products get a $5 OYNO cat.
I can't read the participating products because the type is so small, but I see:

Crunch Stix
Shelf price $1.66

Nestle cocoa
Shelf price $1.99, one variety was $2.59

Carnation evap milk
Shelf price 1.29

Nescafe Taster Choice
$7.65

Juicey juice in both bottle and pack cartons
(ad price is $11/4 for 100% juice or Harvest surprise, sel. 46 - 64 oz or 8 pk varieties)

Lean Cuisine
(ad price shows 50% off selected 6 - 12 oz varieities "save up to $1.78")
Most were $1.77, meatless varieties (like mac & cheese) were $1.26.
Manufacturers coupon is $1/5, so 10 @ $1.77 and 2 @ $1.26 = $20.22 less $2 coups and $5 OYNO = $13.22 for 12
[If your Rainbow takes printables, there's $1/2 Lean cuisine at everydayeating.com and your total would be $9.22 for 12.]

and lean Pockets
(ad price for Hot, Lean or croissant pockets $2 each)

The 'in-store specials' ad has a man coupon: buy 5 participating Quaker products get $3 off. Looked like most of the same products as what is on sale. That's basically .60 cents off 5 products ( 5x.60=3.00)...but do they let the b1g1 be used as 2 products? inquiring minds want to know.

I think the 42 oz oats were $3.39...buy 6, pay for 3....3 x $3.39 = $10.17 less $3 = 7.17 /6 = $1.19 ea or $.45 cents a pound.
(42 oz = 2.62 pounds)

Lowest price item is the Chewy Granola bars at $2.65 ...buy 6, pay for 3....3 x $2.65 = $7.95 less $3 = 4.95 /6 = $.82 cents per box.

Can you use the Quacker coupons from this past Sunday along with the in ad $3/5 coupon? Just wondering because it didn't seem like you took that off your total. DS eats oatmeal every morning and I am on my last canister of it. Seems like the time to stock up. Thanks

Hi All,
I didn't include the coupons from Sunday because this is a manufacturers coupon and I don't think you can stack it.
The coupon doesn't say anything about redeeming at Rainbow, it does say manufacturers coupon with the usual retailer information for reimbursement. And it's in the "Rainbow InStore Specials" ad...not the regular ad, this one you have to go to the store to get. It's printed on the inside of the ad.

Thanks, I didn't notice until after I posted that it was a MF. Would have been nice if we could double dip, but I wasn't really expecting it.
