Internet coupons

Had problems using the $2.25 off the silk soymilk and the $2 Bertolli. When the cashier said they could not accept my dh coupons a supervisor was called over and when he mentioned contacting corporate they overrode them. The supervisor told him that publix only honors cents off coupons ( I guess that means under a $1)

I had the same problem but the cashier did not call anyone over so I went to the service desk and the same lady told me same stuff. She said an email went out about it. When the bagger said is there a problem, i said that my internet coupon was over $1 so where are we suppose to use them at. I said I guess i'll see if Walmart would accept them or any other local stores. It's crazy they put out these printables and then no one wants to take them.

Anyone else had problems lately?

No problems for me. I actually used 2 of them today. No even a second glance.

I guess you know who NOT to go to next time!!

I would go straight to the Store Manager, and see if this is his policy.
There may be an employee misunderstanding.

That's what happened at my store - two different checkers had misunderstood the coupon policy that was posted last month. They told me that I couldn't use internet printables valued at $1 or more. I had them ask the manager, and he clarified that it was only IPs for free items that they wouldn't accept.
