I am a newbie- 2 weeks in and very excited with how much I have saved so far. However, I have not been able find ANY tear pads at any of my local three Publix stores- not in the turnstyle or throughout the store (except one . I was particularly excited about the Lay's Kettle Cooked that Jenntip mentioned. But of course, could not find the tear pad. Today I saw someone pulling ALL the "Create a Family Night" hang tags off of Coke products which are located directly across from the Lay's chip section. So I am kind of getting an inkling that there might be a tear pad burglar in my area?? Is there a certain day that tear pads are put out?

Found these yesterday...

They were in the back of the store (in front of the back wall where all the dairy stuff is at at my store) in a stand alone display of Ritz crackers and Wheat Thins.

The booklet is the size of a postcard, it's red, it's titled "Holiday Party Planner" it has a picture of a Ritz cracker and a piece of cheese, and it says "Free!" at the top right corner in yellow. There are recipes inside and there are two coupons on the second to last page.

Coupon #1 says "Save $1 when you buy any (2) TWO Sprite or Sprite Zero 12oz 12-pack or 12oz 8-packs."

Coupon #2 says "Save $3 when you buy any (3) THREE 2-Liters of Sprite, Sprite Zero or any other Coca-Cola product and any (3) THREE NABISCO crackers (5oz or larger) or PLANTERS nut products (9oz or larger)."

They are both Manufacturer coupons and they both expire on 01/18/09

Personally, I don't buy soda, so the tearpad coupon that I found a few days ago for $3 off 4 nabisco products is better for me, considering Ritz was BOGO last week and Wheat Thins are BOGO now.

I found peelies (.55/2) on the Martha White Muffin mixes today at my Publix. Of course I just had to get 10 more packages for .25! LOL!
