Q question for Publix Veterans

I'm not a total Noob, I've been at this for over a year but I think I bungled a purchase the other night.

I've been at this long enough to start to recognize the cycles now. I have one particular product that I dearly love and I recall it being on sale at Publix last summer. I'm ashamed to admit it, but since I live in the LOND and we get really lousy inserts, I ordered some coupons online (from whom is even more embarrassing).

I must have had that cranio-rectal inversion syndrome going on because I failed to notice it said "Retailer Coupon" and the store name on the front. It's from some store in VA. BUT...on the reverse, it has the Kraft redemption addy, etc. It's also coded a 9, if that matters.

Does anybody think this will fly at Publix if I explain the information on the rear is Kraft's general redemption address? I would think that Publix would be able to handle it just as any other Kraft coupon.

If it is a manufacture's coupon that says "Redeem at store xyz only" it should be OK. But if it is a store specific coupon, probably won't take it. It's worth a shot when you go to the store to ask at the customer service desk. The most that can happen is they say no. Good luck.

Thanks! I'm going in tonight so I'll see if the SM is in and ask her. Otherwise, I may have a bunch of Coupons to RAOK to someone up north.

I have never had a problem with retailer coupons with retailer instructions and addresses for them to send them to.If it has a bar code and scans through, then it should be considered the same as a manf coupon .
If it is like a target coupon with just the bar code and no instructions for the retailer, then it should be considered a store coupon.IMO
I would go to buy one before I did my shop to see if it scanned without a problem.
