WT stands for winetags. They are coupons that hang over the neck of bottles of wine. They are usually for items like meat, seafood, produce, etc-- things that don't normally have many coupons. Some don't require the purchase of the wine to use the coupon, some do.

They aren't found in all areas of the country. I've only seen them rarely here in central FL.
