A few months ago, I got 2 boxes of Publix brand diapers. I came home and opened the cases to stack with my other soft packs of diapers in the bottom of the changing table. I recently opened them (they're 3's and my baby is just now getting to them), and I don't really care for them.
My question is: how picky is Publix going to be on their guarantee? I do have one of the boxes, though it's opened. I don't have my receipt anymore since it's been a while.
Will I still get my $$?
Just another nobody in the midst of all the somebodies.
This is the Publix guarantee directly form their website:
"The philosophy of pleasing our customers was established from the beginning by our founder, George W. Jenkins. The purpose of his guarantee remains to satisfy the customer: "We will never knowingly disappoint you. If for any reason your purchase does not give you complete satisfaction, the full purchase price will be cheerfully refunded immediately upon request."
I don't think you will have a problem since you are not satisfied with the purchase. Without a reciept, they may want to issue a Publix gift card.
