I will tell you that the last time there was a "Kelloggs deal" I never could get a straight answer so I just submitted it to see what would happen, and I did in fact get the rebate, based solely on buying Morningstar for a "Kellogg deal" . So it's very likely.

If you are buying chex mix look for the bags with 33% extra. They are huge!!!!

I've found the Lipton Decaf Tea, 24 bag ct for BOGO, save up to 3.99. In my local ad it clearly excluded Decaf. Note that this is a different price than the rest of the Lipton on sale.
