i found some .50 off 1 peelies today on the mazola oil! they didn't expire until 10-31-07! makes the oil a pretty good deal.

I'm still a newbie but wouldnt these be free if your store doubles the .50 coupon? If so, does the computer/register adjust the coupon automatically or will the coupon beep?

When our Publix doubles coupons, they are just doubled. They don't get adjusted, nor do they beep. If it is over the price, you get the overage( as long as they don't have to give you money back). I LOVE PUBLIX :)

I tried using the General Mills $4/4 peelie on 4 tiny boxes of Cheerios that are 2/$1. It worked just fine giving me $2 overage on my other items!
