Newbie Questions for Publix Shoppers - Page 17

Raincheck question - Coke is 4/11. The in ad coupon says b4g1 free. So I picked up a raincheck last night and the guy wrote it for 4/11 and would not add the fifth one in. Am I wrong to think I should get them 5/11, or just as the coupon states, or will they only write RC's for the sale price?

There was a store coupon in the store that made the 5th one free. I would pick one of those up and staple it to the rain check. They should honor that.

Yes, anytime there is a coupon involved, just attach the coupon even if it is expired by the time the product comes in. This is only true for Publix coupons, this will not work with manufacture coupons.

I've been shopping BOGO sales at Publix for years, but it never occurred to me to use a Winn Dixie $'s off total coupon there.

What about the Revlon beauty tool Publix q (exp 7/25)

? Its says
cannot be used in Conjunction with any other coupon.

So I can't use this one with a manu?

It depends on your store. Most will take both, but there are a few stores that won't.

I'm trying to introduce my sisters to couponing and have sent them coupons (they live in another state) to use....I put notes on them describing how to combine etc. Well, I just noticed that the Publix store coupon states "cannot be combined with other coupons". How does this coincide with our stacking a manuf and store q on the same product? I couldn't exactly explain it myself so here I am on the newbie board.

I didn't notice the post above mine. I guess the answer would go for my question as well. I know HCW doesn't permit the use of any violations to policies or coupons....so I wondered how we all duplicate the Publix coupons without question.

It's my understanding that the wording is for two Publix Q's, similar to not using two MFC's. Publix's Q policy is to take a Publix Q and a MFC for the same product.

Is that what you are asking?
