Publix does not publish a central/store-wide coupon policy. Their only policy that seems to be universal is that they allow one store coupon and one manufacturer coupon per item. Each store varies in the rest of the details but most stores will accept competitor coupons. Each store varies on who they consider a competitor but corp suggestion is any traditional grocery store within a 5 mile radius.

No, it doesn't affect your coupons/savings. All the card does is track your UPromise qualifying purchases. You need to plug your Publix UPromise card number into your online account. Then when you shop at Publix, have them scan your card. Anything in the order that earns UPromise credits will then go to your account.
