Is there a guideline on this, I get her often and I feel like she is a coupon ****! Then last night I went and had a raincheck for 4 Klondike bars BOGO. Well they still didn't have any of the regular ones left so I got 1 Oreo & 1 peanut butter, and asked her to just change the number on my raincheck to 2. She said they have never done this and she would have to take my raincheck. I told her I had other cashiers do this for me-sometimes they don't have enough to get the number on my raincheck or another time I only had 2 coupons so only wanted 2. She asked the manager and she said OK. I know CVS does this all the time no problems. Is there a guideline for this also, or is she just trying to make it difficul for me? She wasn't happy when my total was $5 for over $45 worth of items last night! TIA! just want to make sure I'm doing it correctly!
The raincheck policy can vary form store to store, there are no written guidelines that I know of. I have some stores that will only write rainchecks for 4, others that don't limit at all. As far as how they redeem them, that is up to Management discretion. It is unusual for them to not be willing to accomodate you, but there is no rule that says you can redeem the rainchecks in seperate visits. That being said, it is true that many stores do allow it. Checking with the Store Manager was a good idea, especailly when they did not have the flavors in stock that you needed.

HELP Baby Club Q and Manufacturer Q

Before I go shopping today or tomorrow, please help me make sure I have it right: can I use my Baby Club Q for Huggies BO Diaper box GO wipes AND a manufacturer Q for $3 off diapers and 75cents off wipes? Can I use the BC Q for enfamil BOGO individual pack free and the checks from the manuf?
I am new and trying to get the best deals and be within policy...Any help is appreciated!

Yes, as long as all of the Publix Baby Club coupons you mentioned are Publix store coupons, they can be stacked with the manufacturer's coupons that you mentioned. If you are using the BOGO enfamil Publix store coupon, then just use one free formula check along with it on two packs.

I would put up the 5 Sodas, and have the cashier scan the 5 soda coupons, then I put up the 5 Cakes, and have the cashier scan the 5 cake coupons...and so on. It helps the cashier count the products as we were going, and I dont have to give them a huge stack of coupons to "figure" out at the end....just a tip

This is a really great strategy IF you don't have a {$ off/total} coupon (for example a "$5 off $30" coupon.) If you do have one of these, you don't want the cashier taking amounts off of your total with your coupons before you get to the end of your transaction because if you shop like a lot of us do, your total won't be anywhere NEAR $30 by the time she is done scanning all of the coupons. If you do have any of the {$ off/total} coupons, just try to keep your other coupons in the same order as your items on the conveyor belt, and warn your cashier that you will be using coupons on most of your items. Also, make sure that the {$ off/total} coupon is on the top of the stack when you give them to the cashier.

Default Re: Newbie Questions for Publix Shoppers

Quick question -
If Honey Bunches of Oats are on sale B1G1 - can I use $1/2 Manufacture's coupon and $1/1 box? Does this make sense? I'm basically wondering if you can stack manufacture's Q's at Publix.

Thanks! I'm a newbie - working on figuring it out!

(ETA - thanks for the responses guys! Really appreciated!)

You can only use one mfg. coupon per item. So if you are using $1/2 that is for 2 items. Then if you use a $1/1 that one would go toward your 3rd item.

If you are buying three boxes, you can use one $1/1 mfr plus one $1/2 mfr.
If you are buying two, you can't use both.

Default Re: Newbie Questions for Publix Shoppers

I know tomorrow Publix has cereal that’s BOGO and its 3.99ea
As it rings up the price looks like this
3.99
3.99
Promotion -3.99
Now I have a coupon that’s 2.00/1. I have 10 of these. Im able to use 2 coupons on this because the regular price is 3.99 and Publix is having a sale to give me one free. This past week I had something around the same with this coupon just another brand. I think kelloggs. The cashier and manager gave me a fight but I then explained to the best of my coupon knowledge that its normally 3.99ea but Publix is having a sale to make it 3.99 for 2. The manager said it was fine after him seeing me hold up the line (no kidding) for at least 25min. I wasnt walking out of Publix without my 10 boxes of free cereal. Was this right? Am I right? Am I thinking this the right coupon way?

Thanks!

Yes, you can use two coupons on a BOGO. We even have a letter from corporate in the FAQ thread that confirms this.

I'm wondering about coupons... If I have a Publix coupon and a competitor's coupon, I can't use them together, right? I just have to pick the best one?

I know I can use a store coupon and a manufacturer's together.
